Fruit cupcakes according to video tutorials can handle even a beginner. They will be much cheaper than the store-bought, and it will contain fruit exactly you like.

Directions
- Fruit cupcakes will start by putting on a working top 225 g flour and 100 g of powdered sugar. Add 100 g softened baking margarine, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 10 drops of vanilla aroma and make a dough.
- Make dough cups same as you can see in video recipes. For this purpose are great silicone molds for muffins. It goes without them, but it is more difficult.
- Bake in oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the filling. To 100 ml milk add vanilla pudding and stir it well.
- In a saucepan pour 250 ml of milk, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a mixture of milk with pudding. Stirring constantly, heat it and when it starts to boil, switch it off and still stir for about half a minute.
- Leave it to cool and meanwhile put 140 g softened butter in a bowl. Add 1 vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and stir.
- Add cooled pudding in smaller portions.
- With this pudding mixture decorate the cupcakes according to your imagination. You can also use a plastic bag with a cut corner.
- Garnish with fruit. It can be fresh, canned or frozen (but defrost before using). It all depends on our imagination and taste.
- Before serving, let the cupcakes cool.
