Directions
- Cook the smoked meat or pork ribs in the pressure cooker until soft, peel the meat off and put it in a bowl that will be baked in. Don´t salt the water, the meat is salt already. You can use ham or any sausage you like cutted into little cubes.
- When meat is ready, cook the pasta and drain it. Then mix the pasta with the meat in the bowl. It will protect the pasta from sticking. Better pasta you use, better dish you´ll have.

- Add chopped onion and parsley and mix together. If using sausage instead of smoked ribs, then add salt. Put it in the owen with a lid on for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile prepare a mixture from the eggs, milk and spices according to the video.
- After 30 minutes pour the mixture over the pasta and without the lid bake for another 30 minutes. If the mixture is solid in the middle, the dish is ready. If not continue baking.
- Serve up with gherkins.
First 30 minutes bake with the lid on to prevent the dish from drying. After pouring the egg mixture bake without the lid to achieve crispy top.
