Directions
- Beef with carrots is the best cooked in a pressure cooker. The dish is done quickly and you'll save a lot of energy.
- Put oil in the pressure cooker and fry beef chopped into smaller pieces. Stir every 30 seconds so the meat won´t burn.
- Add a flat teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin and pour 250 ml of water.
- Cook for 30 minutes

, After that time, add the carrots sliced in about 4-5 mm and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt. If you're not sure, then use less salt, we can always add some more. Next, add a flat tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of pepper, a tablespoon of butter to soften food and 250 ml of water. - Cook it for 10 minutes, turn it off and then another 10 minutes leave the pot on the cooker with a lid on. And finally, the beef with carrots is ready and can be served.
If you select a low fat meat, the food is well balanced and diet. Further you can reduce the amount of fat when fryinf the meat on a quality pan, which needs only a very small amount of oil, or almost none.
Serve with potatoes in all possible ways.
