Directions
- Chicken liver with beans begins by melting a tablespoon of lard in a frying pan. Add two medium onions sliced finely and fry it at 120°C for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Then add in the chicken livers, which fry at the same temperature and also add 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of dried vegetables and 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander. Cook for about 5 minutes and then move on to the next step. If there is no stew then add a little bit of water.
- Add 200 g of beans and pour about 600 ml broth. Simmer until everything is soft, about 10 minutes.
- Thicken with flour or cornstarch. To thicken you will need about 3 tablespoons flour, or 2 teaspoons of cornstarch.
- Let boil and serve.

It is excellent ti serve with rice, pasta or dumplings.
