Directions
- Roll out puff pastry dough to a thickness of about 2 mm.
- Whisk egg with a fork and brush the top of the dough.
- Sprinkle the entire surface with sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up the dough and cut the slices about 12 to 15 mm thick.
- Lay the circles on baking paper and brush them with cooled melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and place in the oven.
- Bake it at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
