Directions
- Cracklings with sesame begins with making a yeast. Pour 100 ml into a bowl

, add 1 teaspoon sugar and add yeast. Mix and let it rise. In about 10 minutes it will be ready. - Mill pork cracklings, or chop in a blender into smaller pieces. It is up to you.Someone prefer larger pieces of crackling in their fritters.
- Put 400 g flour in a bowl, add salt, 100 ml milk and 2 eggs. Stir by hand or robot, add activated yeast mixture and let everything mix.
- Cover with a towel and leave it in warm place to rise for about 45 minutes. The dough should be fairly stiff.
- Put some flour on a worktop, then move the dough on it and add craklings. Make sure they are evenly spread in the dough.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm and cut circles with diameter of about 5 cm. You can make any shape and size of course.
- Move them on a baking tray and leave them to rise for about 15 minutes.
- Then brush them with mixed egg, sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 to 30 minutes.
