This is a really excellent meal. Preparation is extremely easy and so according to our video can be managed by everyone.
Ingredients

sweet ketchup | 5 heaping tbsp | 100 g | 109,9 kcal |

sweet paprika | 1 tsp | 4 g | 11,3 kcal |
grounded black pepper | 1/8 tsp | 0.5 g | 0 kcal |
garlic | 4 cloves | 20 g | 22 kcal |
salt | 1/2 tsp | 6 g | 0,3 kcal |
onion | 1 piece | 80 g | 32,9 kcal |
Directions
- Pound the sliced pork slightly with a meat mullet. But really just a slightly.
- In a bowl put oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, sweet paprika, ground pepper, crushed garlic, salt and mix everything.
- Place pork in the marinade and leave it there all morning, or at least an hour.
- Content of bowl move into a baking dish, pour 50 ml of water and add a large onion cut into half-moons.
- Mix everything and let the slices of pork a little stick out from marinade.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 90 minutes. Each oven bakes differently, so keep watching it.

- After about 60 minutes, turn the slices over and taste it whether it is salty enough. You can also add water, but this is usually not needed.
This food is delicious with potatoes, mashed potatoes, bread and pastries.
