This gingerbread is made in a really short time.

all purpose flour 1/2 tbsp for sprinkling a tray 3 g 10,3 kcal

gingerbread baking powder 1/2 tsp 3 g 0,7 kcal
cocoa 1/2 tsp or 2 tbsp sweet cocoa 3 g 13,4 kcal
egg 1 piece 60 g 79,8 kcal

  1. Ginger bread with jam begins with rubbing a larger mug with oil. The mug should be at least 400 ml. Pour about 5 drops of oil, and spread it carefully all over the mug.  Then sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon of all purpose flour.
  2. Put 4 tablespoons of cake flour in a bowl 4 tablespoons of icing sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder for ginger bread, 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa, 1 egg, 5 tablespoons of oil, 3 tablespoons of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and a spoonful of plum.
  3. Pour the mixture into the greased, flour sprinkled cup and place in the oven.
  4. Turn the microwave oven on highest degree. Microwaves cook differently, so at the begining turn it on for three minutes. After this time,check it with a coctail stick, and if you pull out non sticky we have done. If no, then add 30 seconds.
  5. If we leave the oven on for a long time - even just a few seconds , you'll know it - after 15 minutes the gingerbread will be quite hard. If this happens, do not throw it away. It is good for grating into sauces, and if you leave it for 24 hours in a plastic bag with a few drops of water, it goes softer.

 

To find out wheather the cake is ready stick a cocktail stick into it, and pull it out, if it´s a non-stick, you're done. Test it not only on the edges but also in the middle of a cake.

Keep in mind that this recipe is really such an emergency - if you are in a hurry. If you have time, bake the  gingerbread normel way in a hot oven, then it will be not only tastier but also it will last longer.
