Also annoys you when you buy a bread, bring it home, and it is actually inedible?  ... Or weather there is still some in a shop, when in the evening after working all day you go buy one. And if you already have it and it is so so good, then the second or third day you eat it with self-denial? This inspired us to add this great recipe. It will be delicious for a week, but anyway it will not last for so long as you will not resist and bake more ...

cake flour 250 g 895,6 kcal
rye flour 250 g 809,6 kcal
dried yeast 1 packet (7 - 10 g) 10 g 39 kcal
ground cumin 2 heaping tsp - or crushed 4 g 0,2 kcal
sunflower seeds 2 handsfull 100 g 569,6 kcal
vinegar 3 heaping tbsp 30 ml 12,3 kcal
salt 2 heaping tsp 24 g 1,1 kcal
water 600 - 800 ml 0 -
  1. Into appropriate bowl put flour, dried yeast, sunflower seeds, salt, crushed cumin and mix everything well.
  2. Into 500 ml of lukewarm water, of which the temperature should not exceed 35° C pour 3 tablespoons of vinegar. Pour this mixture into a bowl with flour and mix it.
  3. Gradually pour another 300 ml of lukewarm water until the dough is supple. When you stop to stir the dough lazily moves across the bowl...
  4. Then let the dough rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
  5. Mix the dough with a wooden spoon and leave for another 20 minutes to rest.
  6. Suitable baking tray sprinkle with a little flour and move the dough from the bowl. The ideal is silicone mold.
  7. Make a mixture of water and salt - about 50 ml water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. With this saltwater mixture brush the future crust. The smoother, the less cracks. (These are on bread the best ...) Then sprinkle with crushed cumin seeds, or sunflower seeds.

  9. When taking bread out of the mold, the taps on the bottom should sound hollow ....
In this recipe we have received many comments on the quantity of water. Some write that water is too much, others that is not enough. Much depends on how the flour is stored, from what manufacturer, etc.. Therefore, always add water gradually!

First day keep it covered with a cloth, and then, as usual ...

If you want bread without sunflower seeds, simply omit it.

The more you want the bread soft, make the dough thinner and vice versa.
