Marinated meat becomes very brittle, so then the cooking time is very short. Meat also becomes nice and juicy.
Ingredients

soy sauce | 3 tbsp | 12 g | 6,6 kcal |
worcester sauce | 1 tsp | 4 g | 0,3 kcal |
grounded black pepper | 1/3 tsp - crushed | 1.3 g | 0,1 kcal |
ground ginger | 1/4 tsp | 0.5 g | 1,7 kcal |
garlic | 2 cloves or 1/3 dried garlic | 10 g | 11 kcal |
sunflower oil | 5 tsp | 20 ml | 166 kcal |
lemon juice | 2 tsp | 8 ml | 6,2 kcal |
maggi seasoning sauce | 1 tsp or 1/2 tsp salt | 4 ml | 1 kcal |
Directions
- Cut chicken meat into small pieces, add soy sauce, worcester sauce, crushed pepper, ginger, garlic, oil, lemon juice, seasoning sauce or salt and mix well. Leave it to marinate for at least an hour, but for the best results leave it for half a day.
- Move the marinated meat with marinade into the pan preheated to 120° C and stirring occasionally fry until soft.
- Serve as you like, or as in the attached video.
