  1. Marinated spicy pork will begin by finding a blender. 
  2. Put in ingerience according to the list. Larger pieces, such as onion cut into smaller pieces before putting in blender. Blend it all together and you can start marinate. 
  3. Pour the marinade in a bowl or baking dish and add the sliced ​​pork, wrap it well.
  4. Marinate for at least 3 hours, ideally 24 hours.
  5. Bake covered at 180°C, in the first hour do not add any water. 
  6. After an hour, turn slices over and bake uncovered for another hour.
  7. After this time the slices should be soft. If not, add another 30 minutes.
