Excellent, slightly spicy marinated pork, which can handle everyone.

Directions
- Marinated spicy pork will begin by finding a blender.
- Put in ingerience according to the list. Larger pieces, such as onion cut into smaller pieces before putting in blender. Blend it all together and you can start marinate.
- Pour the marinade in a bowl or baking dish and add the sliced pork, wrap it well.
- Marinate for at least 3 hours, ideally 24 hours.
- Bake covered at 180°C, in the first hour do not add any water.
- After an hour, turn slices over and bake uncovered for another hour.
- After this time the slices should be soft. If not, add another 30 minutes.

- 1 tbsp honey...
- 2 tbsp sweet ketchup...
- 1/4 tsp black pepper...
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard...
- 1 tsp marjoram...
- 1/2 tsp curry...
- 1/4 tsp rosemary...
- 1 tsp oregano...
- 1/4 tsp salt...
- 2 tbsp lemon juice...
- 1 tsp jalapeño - slightly spicy... or 1 tbsp jalapeño - medium spicy...
- blend it all together...
- wrap the sliced pork well in marinade...
- marinate refrigerated for at least 3 hours, ideally 24 hours...
- then place it in the baking dish...
- bake covered at 180°C for an hour...
- then turn the slices over...
- and bake uncovered for another hour...
- serve as you like it best...
Can be served with bread, pastries, potatoes, mashed potatoes, or just the way you will enjoy the most.
The amount of marinade will be enough for up to 1.5 kg of meat.
