Delicious food with broccoli even for vegetarians, if they omit meat. It is very simple and delicious dish.

Directions
- Chop the meat into pieces, add seasoning with oil as you see on the video and let it rest for about an hour.
- Fry the meat with the marinade and stir occasionally. When it is ready place it to the bowl with the cooked pasta and let the remaining oil in a pan.
- On it lightly fry the onion, add it into a bowl with meat and pasta and mix everything.
- In a pot pour 300 ml of whole milk and heat up slightly - at about 90°C, add flour, cheese, basil and stir until everything dissolves. Then further, stir, cook for about 3 minutes and it is done.
- If you have lumps in the sauce, spill over through a sieve.
- to the chicken meat add 2 tbsp soy sauce...
- 2 tbso maggi sauce...
- 2 tbsp worcester sauce...
- juice of half a lemon...
- 1 tsp Chinese seasoning...
- pour over with about 4 tbsp oil...
- and let it rest for about an hour...
- meanwhile cook pasta according to the instructions on a packet...
- on a hot frying pan fry the meat with the marinade until the marinade evaporates... stir after every minute...
- then place the meat to the bowl with the cooked pasta and stir...
- on the remaining oil in a pan fry spring onion together with its green parts...
- add it to the bowl with pasta...
- in a salt water cook broccoli for about 5 minutes and add it to pasta...
- to 300 ml of whole milk add heaping tbsp flour, 100g Eidam and 100g cream cheese...
- add 2 cloves of garlic...
- a tsp of basil and cook at low temperature for about 3 minutes...
- on a plate pour pasta with sauce...
- you can garnish with parsley...
