A delicious dessert with a quick preparation. Just throw the ingredience in a bowl, stir and put in the oven. The result is absolutely excellent and for a few bucks.

Directions
- In a bowl put a cup of ground poppy seeds. Add 2 cups flour, a packet of baking powder, vanilla sugar, sugar, salt and mix thoroughly.
- Add the oil, milk, eggs and stir well.
- Pour the dough into greased and flour sprinkled form .Spread the dough evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes at 180° C.

- Make icing by putting a tablespoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of water in a bowl. Then gradually stir in sugar. If you do not have the weight, you can estimate the amount of sugar - until the mixture is semi-fluid as on the video.
- Spread the icing on cake after it cools a bit.
- After a few minutes poppy seed cake is ready to cut and serve.
To find out weather the cake is ready stick a cocktail stick into it, and pull it out, if it´s a non-stick, you're done. Test it not only on the edges but also in the middle of a cake.
