Directions
- To 1.5 liters of boiling water put a bouillon cube, 100 g soy cubes, dried vegetable and simmer with the lid on until tender, about 30 minutes.
- If you cut the soy cube, it should have the same structure throughout. If not, cook further.
- During the cooking pour some water but not much so that at the end of cooking it all evaporates.
- When the water evaporates, fry the soy gently and allow to cool.
- You can either mill them or slice them and follow our other guides.
- in a pot put 1.5 l water...
- when water boils add a bouillon cube...
- add 100 - 200g soy cubes...
- keep checking and cook until soft...
- when it is cooked let the water evaporates...
- if they are still not soft add some water...
- at the end fry the soy gently...
- it should have the same structure throughout...
- allow to cool and put it in a blender or prepare it further as a normal meat...
- and chop...
- take it of the blender sides and mix again...
- if you have never tried soya meat begin with soy patties, they are delicious and simple...
The preparation of soya cubes lies in seasoning the broth. If you have a weak broth, the soy cubes will taste bland. Soy cubes themselves have no taste, so we need to get a good taste into them. It is only up to you what they will taste.
