Gingerbread, which is done for a while with excellent results. You will be thrilled with its simplicity.

Directions
- Into a suitable dish put 2 eggs, cup of milk, oil, sugar, honey and mix well.
- Into a larger bowl put 3 cups flour, gingerbread powder, baking soda, cocoa and mix well.
- To the dry ingredients pour the liquid ingredients and mix a semisolid dough.
- If the dough is thin,add a little flour, if thick, add a little milk.
- Pour the dough into a greased baking mold and if you do not use silicone mold, then you also sprinkle with flour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 40 minutes.

- Of course use you imagination and decorate it inside with jam or Nutella.
To find out wheather the cake is ready stick a cocktail stick into it, and pull it out, if it´s a non-stick, you´re done. Test gingerbread not only on the edges, but also in the middle.
