  1. Into a suitable dish put 2 eggs, cup of milk, oil, sugar, honey and mix well. 
  2. Into a larger bowl put 3 cups flour, gingerbread powder, baking soda, cocoa and mix well.
  3.  To the dry ingredients pour the liquid ingredients and mix a semisolid dough.
  4. If the dough is thin,add a little flour, if thick, add a little milk. 
  5. Pour the dough into a greased baking mold and if you do not use silicone mold, then you also sprinkle with flour.

  7. Of course use you imagination and decorate it inside with jam or Nutella.
To find out wheather the cake is ready stick a cocktail stick into it, and pull it out, if it´s a non-stick, you´re done. Test gingerbread not only on the edges, but also in the middle.
