Ingredients

| lemon juice | 2 tsp and zest from 1/2 lemon | 6 ml | 4,7 kcal |
Directions
- Put all the ingredients on a board and knead a dough acoording to the video attached.
- Prior to its processing, it is appropriate to leave it for about an hour in the fridge. This way will be better to work with and will not stick.
From this recipe you can make about 4-5 big trays of cookies.
You can cut out biscuits of any shapes and further modify them according to the other recipes.
