Chocolate cup is delicious especially for children, but also adults will love it.

Directions
- Whipped chocolate cup begins with melting the chocolate in a water bath. {text:"Water bath: Cook water in a smaller pot . Instead of a lid put a bowl on a pot so that escaping steam will heat it. The results is, that the food in the bowl will not burn."} We need about 120g of a chocolate, the best ratio is 1:1, a half dark and half milk chocolate. {text:"If you prefer a dark chocolate, use only 30 grams of milk chocolate and 90 grams of dark one. If you prefer a milk chocolate , do it vice versa.."} When melted, turn off the cooker and leave to cool to 35°C. Make sure to melt every single piece of chocolate.
- In a bowl beat two egg whites and add 2tsp of icing sugar.
- In another bowl whip 100ml of double cream.
- Add 2 egg yolks to the cold chocolate and stir well.
- Stir in 50ml of double cream, whipped double cream and beaten egg whites.
- Pour the chocolate foam into the cups or bowls and leave to cool a bit.
- Once cooled, garnish with whipped double cream, fruit you like and leaf of mint.
